Alternatives guide
HeyReach alternatives compared: Looply, Dripify, Expandi, Waalaxy, La Growth Machine, with published prices, LinkedIn limits, email and lead sources.
Direct answer
HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach platform for running many sender accounts at once, priced per sender. It is the right pick when you run LinkedIn outreach across many accounts, often for clients. If it is not, the alternatives are Looply if you want to start from buying signals and your ideal customer profile and run LinkedIn and cold email together (from $97 a month for 2 LinkedIn accounts and 2 email senders), or Dripify if one person or a small team wants LinkedIn and email in one sequence without managing infrastructure; Expandi if you want LinkedIn sequences that react to triggers such as profile visits or job changes; Waalaxy if you want the cheapest way to start LinkedIn prospecting on one account; La Growth Machine if you want LinkedIn, email, voice and X in one sequence. Prices and limits below come from each vendor’s own pages, checked November 7, 2026.
Evaluation framework
Most tools charge per LinkedIn account. Price the number of senders you will really run, then add email tools if the product does not send email.
Look for per-account daily and weekly caps, a warm-up for new accounts and automatic pauses when LinkedIn asks for verification.
A list you upload, a LinkedIn search, people engaging with posts, or buying signals such as a new role or a funding round.
Native email, email through integrations, or email only on the top plan changes both the price and the work.
One inbox across every LinkedIn account and email sender, with the reason you reached out next to each reply.
Check CSV export, CRM sync and API access before you commit, so a switch never loses contacts or reply history.

| Product | Published price | What it emphasizes | Limitation to validate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Looply | $97/month Growth (2 LinkedIn accounts and 2 email senders), $247/month Scale; 7-day trial, card at checkout | Finds people from buying signals, scores them against your ideal customer profile, then runs LinkedIn and cold email from your own accounts | A younger product with fewer integrations than older tools. It is built around signals, so a team that only wants to automate a list it already has may not need that layer. Each account is capped at 100 invitations a week. |
| HeyReach | $79 per sender/month (1–9 senders), $59 from 10; Agency $999/month for 25 senders | Many LinkedIn senders from one workspace, with a unified inbox, API, webhooks and an MCP server; built for agencies and GTM teams | Email runs through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison integrations rather than natively. Job-change signals were not found on its pages, and Agency and Unlimited plans bring their own proxies. |
| Dripify | $79/month Pro, $99/month Advanced per seat (one LinkedIn account); $59 and $79 billed yearly | LinkedIn and email in the same sequence on every paid plan, cloud sending and a dedicated IP | High-intent signals are listed as coming soon. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account, so cost grows with every sender, and its pages describe limits differently (75 a day versus about 100–200 a week). |
| Expandi | $99/month per seat, $79 billed yearly; Agency custom (10+ seats) | Cloud LinkedIn automation with email follow-ups, signal triggers (profile visits, job changes, webhooks) and one smart inbox | One seat per LinkedIn account. Its pages give different weekly invitation figures (300+ in the menu, 100 in its help center), so plan your own caps; agency pricing is quote-based. |
| Waalaxy | €39/month Pro, €99 Advanced, €139 Business per user (€19, €49, €69 billed yearly) | Low-cost LinkedIn prospecting, fully cloud since July 2026, targeting post reactions, groups and events | Cold email sequences are on Business only, Pro is capped at 300 invitations a month, and the inbox is a €20/month add-on in which teammates cannot see each other’s conversations. |
| La Growth Machine | €60/month Basic, €120 Pro, €180 Ultimate per identity (€50, €100, €150 billed yearly) | Multichannel sequences: LinkedIn, email from your mailbox, voice messages, calls and X, with intent signals on Pro | Signals and the multichannel inbox start on Pro at €120 per identity, HubSpot and Pipedrive sync only on Ultimate, and invoices are in euros even when prices show in dollars. |
Side-by-side
| Option | What it emphasizes | Best when… |

| HeyReach | a LinkedIn outreach platform for running many sender accounts at once, priced per sender | you run LinkedIn outreach across many accounts, often for clients |
| Dripify | a cloud LinkedIn automation tool that puts LinkedIn steps and email in one sequence, priced per seat | one person or a small team wants LinkedIn and email in one sequence without managing infrastructure |

Low-risk validation
From HeyReach’s own pages, checked November 7, 2026:
Trade-offs worth checking against your own needs:
Looply finds people from buying signals, such as a new role, a funding round or engagement with a competitor, scores each one against your ideal customer profile, and runs LinkedIn and cold email from your own accounts with one inbox for replies. Growth is $97 a month for 2 LinkedIn accounts and 2 email senders, capped at 20 invitations a day and 100 a week per account, with a 3-week warm-up for new accounts.
It is a younger product with fewer integrations than older tools, and if you only want to automate a list you already have, HeyReach or another list-based tool may be simpler.
LinkedIn publishes no weekly invitation number. Its help page says reaching the limit can block invitations, typically for one week, for free and Premium members alike.
LinkedIn’s User Agreement (section 8.2) and its “Prohibited software and extensions” help page say it does not permit third-party software that automates activity on its website. That applies to every tool on this page, Looply included: any of them can lead to a restricted account. Low daily volumes, a warm-up for new accounts, personal messages and stopping when LinkedIn asks for verification lower the risk; they do not remove it.
Common questions
It depends on why you are leaving. Looply fits if you want to start from buying signals and run LinkedIn and email together; the other options are Dripify if one person or a small team wants LinkedIn and email in one sequence without managing infrastructure; Expandi if you want LinkedIn sequences that react to triggers such as profile visits or job changes; Waalaxy if you want the cheapest way to start LinkedIn prospecting on one account; La Growth Machine if you want LinkedIn, email, voice and X in one sequence.
HeyReach’s pricing page lists $79 per sender a month for 1 to 9 senders and $59 from 10 senders, with lower quarterly and yearly rates. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders, and Unlimited is $2,999 a month.
Not natively. HeyReach connects to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison for email.
Its FAQ describes a 14-day trial with no card and 3 LinkedIn accounts; Agency and Unlimited trials can be requested.
LinkedIn’s User Agreement and its help page on prohibited software say it does not permit third-party software that automates activity on its website, so every automation tool, Looply included, carries a risk of restriction. Low volumes, a warm-up, personal messages and stopping at verification requests lower the risk; nothing removes it.
